Welcome to "The Vodou
Market Place", for La Sosyete Carrefour Sacre.
From time to time we get some exceptional pieces of
Vodou inspired art as well as some exquisite ritual
supplies and altar pieces. All of the items you see on
this page were crafted by local Haitian artists and a
portion of the proceeds are used to help our brothers
and sisters living in Haiti. Ayibobo!

This is a
gorgeous Drapo Lwa by the very talented Alcide
of Port-au-Prince. Like most of Alcide's work
this flag is made using only small seed beads,
this enables her to capture amazing detail that
is often sacrificed when sequins are used. This
particular flag was made for "Gran Dailah" or "Gran
Erzili" and it measures a very impressive 36" x
36". This is truly an amazing piece of
traditional Haitian Art and would be the perfect
addition to any collector or Humfor. Cost:

Drapo Lwa was made by an unknown artist (i.e.
it's unsigned), however the sequin work in this
piece is exceptional. This particular flag was
made for the Ghede lwa and was made with the
appropriate colors and symbols that are often
associated with the Ghede lwa. This flag would
make a wonderful addition to your Ghede altar or
Haitian art collection. This pieces measures 30"
